They would let us know what stages were coming up and when decisions were going to be needed from us. Joel personally sat down with us to design our custom floor plan with the draftsman. Joel Friesen Homes recently completed a renovation for me. The project involved everything from installing hardwood to completely refinishing 2 bathrooms, painting, drywalling, moving doorways, and designing and building an entertainment centre. I am 100% happy with the outcome and the entire experience was very positive. I have absolutely no complaints. Everything ran on schedule and on budget.
