From initial meetings and estimating to every stage of your renovation, he brings decades of experience and expertise to ensure each project is completed with care, precision, and attention to detail.

Lindsay

Project Manager

Lindsay works closely alongside Joel on every project, supporting the process from start to finish. She joins Joel on the initial home visit, assists in preparing detailed estimates, and coordinates the planning of each renovation. Throughout construction, Lindsay conducts regular site visits to monitor progress, tracks any issues, and ensures that all work aligns with the project plan. Acting as Joel’s second set of eyes and ears, she pays close attention to even the smallest details, helping to maintain quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction on every job.

Cheryl

Project Coordinator

Cheryl is our behind-the-scenes organizer.  She’s busy managing the details that keep every project running smoothly. She carefully plans and schedules all aspects of your renovation, from coordinating trades and ordering materials to handling invoicing and bill payments. During your renovation, Cheryl conducts weekly site visits to monitor progress, take detailed photos, track any issues and keeps clients informed throughout the project.

Elishya is the creative mind behind our social media. She’s skilled at editing photos and videos, making our Instagram feed look sleek and professional. From eye-catching visuals to optimizing how we appear online, Elishya ensures our brand looks its best and reaches the right audience.

Aidan and Tyler are often the ones you’ll see getting things done on each of our job sites.  Reliable and hardworking, they tackle the hands-on tasks that keep a project moving, including demo, trim work, and general finishes, making sure the basics are done right. Joel Friesen Homes oversees the work to keep everything on track and up to our standards, so you can trust the job will get done properly.
